This policy explains how PrepBot will handle cancellations and refund requests for paid plans.
Plan Cancellation
Users may request cancellation of a subscription or paid plan by contacting PrepBot support. Any cancellation will apply according to the active plan terms shared at the time of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds, if applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once paid digital access has been activated and substantial content consumption has begun, refunds may be denied unless required by law or due to billing error.
Billing Errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us promptly with the payment details so the issue can be investigated.
